3. Accounts & identity
Provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. Do not impersonate others, share login credentials, or open multiple accounts to evade review.
4. Monitoring & authorities
We may monitor, log and investigate suspected violations as permitted by law and disclose information when required by regulators or courts.
5. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you breached this AUP, we may warn you, suspend or terminate access or services, notify authorities, cooperate with legal process and seek damages where permitted.
6. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify us, our affiliates, staff and partners against claims arising from your breach of this AUP (subject to non-waivable rights).
7. Changes
We may update this AUP; the version on the site with an effective date applies. Material changes may be notified as required.
